Shipping

All orders are shipped by either USPS (United States Postal Service) priority mail and may be tracked in the event of lost or disputed packages.

Normal delivery will be 3-7 business days (depending on location).

Orders received will ship the next business day or sooner.

Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM—5 PM. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day. All orders received after noon EST on Friday will ship on the following Monday.

Recurring order policy

EmergeBariatrics offers automatic shipments that may recur in 30-day increments and be selected at check-out. To cancel a recurring order once it is set, please call 916-758-2745 or email us at nutrition@mexicobariatriccenter.com. Cancellation requests must be made 24 hours before an order is scheduled to be generated. We will complete all cancellation requests within one business day.

EmergeBariatrics provides a 10% discount on all recurring orders. If a recurring order is canceled after the 1st shipment, the customer is responsible for the 10% discount that was applied.
